We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. EXPERIENCE: 1 year in similar positions KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of administrative processes and purchase order management, proficiency with tools (Excel, ERP, etc.), physical procurement and deliveries, supplier interaction, cost reporting, and inventory management. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers \- Conduct physical procurement and deliveries to the branch \- Prepare cost and inventory reports \- Manage supplier invoice tracking \- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely supply of materials and services \- Manage documentation and files related to procurement \- Prepare order tracking and status reports We Offer $500 MXN per day Employee discount Staff meals Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one-hour lunch break Saturdays: 8 AM to 1 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $500.00 MXN per day Benefits: * Employee discount Work location: On-site employment
