




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage quotations, purchase orders, inventory control, and support supplier selection, coordinating with the accounting department. WE ARE SEEKING A PURCHASING ASSISTANT Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in procurement or administration. * Basic knowledge of invoicing and quotations. * Proficiency in Excel. Main Responsibilities: * Request quotations and compare prices with suppliers. * Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries. * Maintain up-to-date inventory and consumption records. * Support the search for and selection of new suppliers. * Review invoices and coordinate with the accounting department. * Availability to assist in administrative procedures is required.
