




Job Summary: You will support the preparation and tracking of quotations, management of customers and suppliers, reporting, purchase orders, and expense control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage quotations, customers, and suppliers. 2. Prepare reports and purchase orders. 3. Support billing and accounting. Preparation and tracking of quotations. Customer and supplier onboarding. Report preparation. Quotation preparation. Purchase order preparation. Email correspondence handling and follow-up. Expense and travel allowance control. Support for the Billing and Accounting Department. Market research for medical supplies. Willingness to travel to CDMX if required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF documents (Adobe Acrobat). Support in handling and preparing tender-related documents. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
