Opportunity within an inclusive and equitable environment Job Description A leading company in its industry with over 80 years of experience, operating in Mexico, the United States, and Colombia, recognized as a Socially Responsible Enterprise (SRE) and Great Place to Work, is looking to add a **Project Procurement Analyst** to its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of the weekly report on domestic and import procurement management * Creation of statistical procurement reports for domestic purchases, imports, and projects—including amounts, items, suppliers, etc.—for the Procurement Management and Strategic Procurement Department. * Executive presentations for the Procurement Management and Strategic Procurement Department. * Management of the utility vehicle leasing contract for the entire business group, including credit line processing, delivery of new units to plants, contract termination, insurance, claims handling, administrative coordination, etc. * Preparation of purchase orders for computers across the entire business group. * Procurement management for all requirements of the executive offices located at Torre Bio Pappel (Human Resources, Engineering, Administration, etc.). * Maintenance of the Procurement Management’s document archive, including contracts and negotiation summaries. * Support to the Strategic Procurement Department and Procurement Management regarding travel reservations, expense accounts, and other administrative procedures. **Technical Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in similar positions.
