Company specializing in manufacturing refrigeration systems seeks: **\*PRODUCTION PLANNER\*** **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for developing and managing the production plan to ensure timely and prompt product delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines. * Coordinate production plans with material availability, machinery capacity, and staffing requirements. * Balance short-term demand fluctuations with production rates. * Knowledge of bottlenecks in the production line. * Knowledge of labor, equipment, and materials required to achieve production goals. * Collaborate with procurement and materials planning teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. * Track production progress against the schedule and identify deviations. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery. **SKILLS:** Results-oriented Analytical Effective communication Teamwork Proactive **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed engineering degree (IIA, IMA, IME, or related field) * Conversational English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * 2 years of experience Salary: $23,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
