Opportunity for professional development in the real estate sector. **Procurement Manager** A real estate and shopping center management company is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its corporate team. **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient and timely procurement of goods and services required for the operation of shopping centers, parking facilities, and corporate offices, optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with internal policies. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the annual procurement plan for shopping centers and corporate departments. * Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities through requirement consolidation and strategic negotiation. * Develop and strengthen the supplier network. * Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including quotations, comparative analysis tables, negotiations, and purchase order issuance. * Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers for maintenance, cleaning, security, operations, and supplies. * Supervise the performance of the Procurement Analyst. * Administer contracts and verify service-level agreement (SLA) compliance. * Prepare procurement, savings, and budget control reports. * Implement internal controls to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate policies. **Performance Indicators** Savings against the annual budget. Budget adherence and variance control. Average procurement cycle time. Error-free purchase orders. Supplier evaluation and performance. Documentation compliance and adherence to internal policies. **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in shopping centers, the real estate sector, or service-oriented companies. Knowledge of strategic negotiation, cost analysis, supplier management, and contract administration. Advanced Excel proficiency. We seek an organized individual with a strong sense of urgency, negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, results orientation, resource optimization capability, integrity, and process adherence are essential.
