We are seeking a Procurement Manager Responsible for planning material purchases based on current needs and projected ongoing requirements (e.g., uniforms, equipment, canine food, etc.). Verify that all purchase requisitions are supported by purchase orders, ensuring their approval and control. Conduct procurements in accordance with the authorized budget, guaranteeing cost-effectiveness, quality, and timeliness. Perform cost-benefit analyses to select suppliers offering optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery. Manage supplier claims related to pricing discrepancies, shortages, damages, or errors in materials. Secure the best prices through the establishment of national agreements. Oversee compliance with the procurement budget across branches and operational areas. Identify and evaluate new suppliers, ensuring reliable and competitive performance.
