At **LSG Sky Chefs**, a global leader in **airline catering and food supply chain**, we are seeking a Procurement Manager responsible for planning, directing, and controlling operational procurement to guarantee timely supply, cost optimization, input quality, and business margin sustainability—fully aligned with corporate policies and processes. Responsibilities * Plan and control the procurement of raw materials, inputs, and indirect goods. * Ensure continuous supply for food operations. * Lead quotation, negotiation, and supplier evaluation processes. * Execute RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes. * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and SLAs—ensuring price increases do not exceed inflation. * Coordinate logistics for the distribution of inputs and food products. * Manage suppliers, supply risks, and contingency plans. * Control overstocking and coordinate consumption plans with operations and warehouse teams. * Develop, document, and ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies. * Monitor procurement KPIs (savings, cost avoidance, OTD, lead time, supplier risk). * Prepare executive reports and cost analyses for senior management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field (degree completed). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing. * Experience in food services, catering, industrial dining, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and logistics. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (desirable). * Willingness to travel.
