




Job Summary: Responsible for selecting, negotiating with, and managing logistics partners to optimize costs and efficiency while aligning logistics strategy with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the selection and negotiation of 3PL logistics partners. 2. Optimize costs and efficiency across the supply chain. 3. Ensure compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations with 3PLs. Objective: Responsible for selecting the appropriate logistics partner, negotiating the contract (including SLAs and pricing), and managing the relationship to ensure the supplier fulfills warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment (picking/packing). Optimizing costs and efficiency, as well as aligning logistics strategy with company objectives. **Job Description** ------------------- **Objective:** Responsible for selecting the appropriate logistics partner, negotiating the contract (including SLAs and pricing), and managing the relationship to ensure the supplier fulfills warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment (picking/packing). Optimizing costs and efficiency, as well as aligning logistics strategy with company objectives. **Key Activities/ Deliverables:** * Strong experience in 3PL and logistics management, including leadership of teams and processes. * Analytical mindset to identify business needs and correctly select logistics partners (3PLs). * Negotiation skills to build strategic business relationships. * Committed to ensuring smooth supply chain operations, optimizing processes, and increasing departmental productivity. * Ensure that 3PL warehouse partners and logistics suppliers meet agreed-upon KPI service levels and contractual obligations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse and logistics partners. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction. * Ensure 3PL technological integration with internal systems (WMS, ERP). * Oversee the company’s import and export operations, implementing cost-reduction strategies and optimizing customer delivery lead times. **Competencies (experiences/ Education):** * Industrial Engineering / International Relations * Minimum 5 years of experience leading 3PL teams. * Project management methodologies. **Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables)\-Desirable knowledge of macros and formulas for database handling \> 7,000 items. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * High ability to work collaboratively in teams and cross-functional teams, and to make decisions. * Assertive communication, ability to work under pressure, agility, resilience, high frustration tolerance.
