




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage operational and strategic procurement, including supplier negotiation, delivery tracking, and process improvement, with experience in the hospitality sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operational and strategic procurement. 2. Supplier coordination and handling of emergencies. 3. Implementation and improvement of procurement processes. Operational and Strategic Procurement Experience At least 2–3 years in procurement/administrative departments, managing purchase orders, quotations, supplier negotiations, and delivery follow-up. Supplier Coordination Serving as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, resolving non-compliance issues and emergencies. Working Under Pressure and Handling Emergencies Experience in environments where “everything is urgent”, with proven ability to prioritize, respond quickly, and maintain control. Implementation and Improvement of Processes Participation in the creation, documentation, or improvement of procurement/administrative procedures, controls, policies, and process standardization. Interaction and Communication with Key Internal Departments Consistent experience in effective interaction and communication with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure continuity and compliance, especially within the hospitality sector.
