Professional development in a collaborative environment Procurement Assistant Requirements * Knowledge of hardware and electrical equipment * Flexible working hours * Gender-neutral * Responsible, honest, organized, proactive, and analytical * Team-oriented * Ability to work under pressure and tolerate frustration * Proficiency in administrative software packages * Experience in procurement processes * Excellent communication skills * Negotiation skills Main Responsibilities * Receive purchase requests from various departments. * Supplier prospecting, sourcing, and negotiation * Price analysis for raw materials, supplies, and maintenance items * Supervise document management during each purchase (filing and controlling purchase orders) * Prepare and issue purchase orders according to requirements * Manage inventories of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and maintenance-related materials * Keep the ERP system up to date * Receive and review invoices to schedule supplier payments * Prepare payment reports for suppliers * Evaluate and analyze suppliers * Follow up on non-conformance reports * Track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate material supply * CMMS operation * Experience in purchasing imported materials Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Gym service Workplace: On-site employment
