Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Assistant with construction experience to manage quotations, purchase orders, and material delivery tracking. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement management in the construction sector 2. Responsible for quotations, purchase orders, and delivery tracking 3. Sourcing and evaluation of construction material suppliers PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT INDUSTRY: CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS * Experience: minimum 2 years * Education: Civil Engineering / Architecture (Mandatory) RESPONSIBILITIES * Quotations. * Comparative tables * Purchase orders. * Supplier sourcing and evaluation **Delivery tracking of materials.** **Verify that purchase orders are fulfilled at 100% versus delivery notes requested from site or supplier** **Validation of returns or exchanges.** **Invoice tracking.** KNOWLEDGE **Experience in the field (construction)** **Knowledge of construction materials: HVAC\-civil\-finishes\-electrical\-hydraulic\-sanitary\-etc.** Working Hours Monday\-Friday: 09:00\-19:00 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
