This position combines operational execution with continuous improvement; therefore, we seek someone who enjoys structuring processes, tracking progress, and proposing practical improvements. **Position Objective** To guarantee timely supply of general supplies through efficient procurement management, supplier follow-up, and document control—contributing to optimizing time, cost, and organization of the procurement process. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and validate purchase requests from various sites and projects. * Request and compare quotations. * Generate and track purchase orders. * Coordinate deliveries and resolve incidents with suppliers. * Ensure complete documentation for control and payments. * Maintain an updated supplier registry. * Track purchases by project or site. * Identify opportunities to improve supply timing, costs, and organization. * Identify recurring purchases to reduce operational urgencies. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** + 1–3 years in operational procurement or supply chain. + Concurrent management of multiple suppliers. + Preferred experience in multi\-site or project-based operations. * **Knowledge:** + Quotations and purchase orders. + Document control. + Intermediate Excel proficiency. + Administrative follow-up. * **Ideal Candidate Profile** + Highly organized individual. + Ability to consistently track multiple requests. + Practical problem-solving orientation. + Interest in improving processes—not just executing them. + Clear communication with operational and administrative departments. + Strong sense of responsibility regarding timelines and outcomes. **What This Position Offers** * Opportunity to participate in structuring and growing the procurement department. * Role with direct impact on the company's operational efficiency.
