**Job Objective** Ensure achievement of objectives through **order scheduling, control, and tracking**, guaranteeing full visibility of each operation from receipt to final delivery. This position coordinates with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and logistics providers to fulfill the **service commitment** regarding agreed timelines, quantities, and conditions, providing timely communication and effective incident management to ensure customer satisfaction. **What We Are Looking For** An organized, analytical, and service-oriented individual with experience in logistics operations and order tracking, who enjoys cross-departmental coordination, proactive risk anticipation, and ensuring every delivery is executed correctly. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or incomplete) in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in logistics, procurement, customer service, or order planning * Experience in operational tracking and cross-functional coordination **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in **ERP** systems * Intermediate / advanced Excel skills * Order review and control * Delivery logistics and supplier tracking * Operational incident management **Key Responsibilities** * Review orders and validate delivery dates, quantities, agreed terms, and supporting documentation * Track arrival dates with the Procurement department * Generate delivery notifications and monitor sales orders until final release * Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments to ensure aligned operations * Promptly report critical incidents: delays, rejections, corrections, or inventory shortages * Ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external customers **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $18,000–$22,000 gross monthly * **Meal vouchers:** $600 monthly * **Statutory benefits** * **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (on-call shifts) * **Work location:** Morelos neighborhood, Guadalajara Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
