




Summary: Lead the functional migration roadmap from current Procurement UX/processes to Redwood, defining target-state flows and configuring Redwood capabilities. Highlights: 1. Strong client-facing facilitation and conflict-resolution skills Key Responsibilities * Lead the functional migration roadmap from current Procurement UX/processes to Redwood. * Assess current\-state P2P processes and define target\-state Redwood\-enabled flows. * Configure and validate Redwood capabilities across Procurement modules (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier\-related flows, Contracts touchpoints, and Payables handoffs). * Identify fit/gap impacts (process, approvals, roles/security, reporting, integrations, training). * Coordinate cross\-functional dependencies (Finance, Supply Chain, integration, security, reporting). * Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, business readiness, and go\-live stabilization. * Define change management and enablement strategy for end users transitioning to Redwood. * Provide executive\-ready status reporting, risk tracking, and mitigation plans. Required Qualifications * 8\+ years in Oracle functional consulting, with strong focus on Oracle Procurement Cloud. * Proven experience in global Oracle Cloud rollouts/transformation programs. * Hands\-on expertise in Procure\-to\-Pay design and approval workflows. * Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and feature adoption. * Strong integration awareness for Procurement\-to\-legacy and Procurement\-to\-finance flows. * Strong client\-facing facilitation and conflict\-resolution skills. * English: advanced (B2\+/C1 preferred) for daily interaction with global teams. Preferred Qualifications * Direct experience with Redwood adoption/migration in Oracle Cloud. * Oracle Procurement Cloud certifications (latest versions preferred). * Experience in multi\-country LATAM/US deployments. * Experience with large enterprise clients in consumer goods/manufacturing. Success Criteria (First 6 Months) * Approved Redwood migration blueprint and phased rollout plan. * Successful completion of global design and regional localization alignment. * UAT sign\-off with agreed defect thresholds and adoption readiness. * Stable go\-live with measurable reduction in UX/process friction.
