The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale operations and logistics coordination, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as the main point of contact for retail buyers and logistics partners. Additional experience with EDI systems, ERP platforms, and freight coordination will be considered a significant plus. **Tasks and responsibilities** * Manage and process wholesale orders through EDI platforms, email, and wholesale portals. * Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, responding to inquiries about order status, inventory, and shipping timelines. * Coordinate shipments with warehouses and freight providers to ensure timely delivery. * Track and update purchase orders, shipping details, and inventory information in internal systems. * Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability and lead times. * Prepare and manage invoices and order documentation. * Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling, and pallet requirements. * Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory issues proactively. * Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize orders and manage allocations. * Maintain accurate records of orders, freight costs, and shipment documentation. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or order management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet tight deadlines * Familiarity with ERP and EDI systems * Experience with spreadsheets and order tracking tools Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: * Wholesale or retail operations * Logistics or supply chain coordination * Inventory management * Freight coordination * EDI systems and ERP platforms (such as Cin7 or Shopify) **Requirements** * Reside in Mexico * The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from * Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera. * Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher.
