About the Role In this opportunity as an IT Procurement, Manager, you will: · Execute end\-to\-end sourcing deals—from requirements gathering through negotiation to contract execution—leveraging sourcing strategies that may include competitive RFX processes and digital tools such as eRFx and e\-Auctions. · Develop departmental plans aligned with business, production, and organizational priorities, leveraging deep procurement operations expertise. · Drive integrated procurement systems and operations strategy to enable Category Leads in meeting business objectives. · Lead procurement operations, ensuring compliance, system integration with TR core infrastructure, and effective spend/supplier performance management. · Analyze historic spend, existing contracts, and budgets to identify addressable spend opportunities. · Collaborate with Category Leads to understand business requirements and category strategies, defining an opportunity pipeline. · Draft and prioritize implementation plans for assigned initiatives/categories, developing strategies aligned with business priorities. · Resolve complex or unusual procurement issues. · Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner with Global Category Leads, Finance, Legal, and Information Security to drive contract drafting and negotiation. About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: · Bachelor's Degree. · Fluent in English (near\-native proficiency required), both written and spoken · 5\+ years of applicable experience across the Procurement value chain, operations, program management and sound understanding of applicable laws / regulations. · Knowledge and expertise across a wide range of IT Procurement areas of spend, with significant experience in successfully developing and negotiating agreements up to and abode $1M across geographies. · Strong ability to clearly understand business needs, historic spend, construct of existing contracts, applicable buying practices, external market drivers to build an insightful profile for assigned spend. · Expert ability to understand the different cost drivers in the end\-end value stream within various Technology sub\-categories, develop a TCO/TVO model and build applicable strategies to drive sustainable value. · Excellent (external and internal) relationship management and cross\-functional leadership skills. · Experienced sourcing practitioner, with deal architecture and negotiation skills, understanding of best\-practice sourcing methodology and a demonstrated track record of working ethically to achieve excellent outcomes. · Strong experience in contracting process from drafting to execution by negotiating contracts through applying best in class practices. · Knowledge of the sourcing marketplace and trends in the industry including the ability to assess the impact of change in the context of the sourcing strategy. · Expert analytics and ability to develop coherent and high\-quality sourcing collateral including business case, contract summaries, and RFx materials. · Experience with Source to Pay tools such as Ariba / Fieldglass. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Experience of building strong relationships with senior business executives. · Location: Mexico City Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $55,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial mensual (brutos)? * ¿Cuál es tu nivel de inglés conversacional?
