Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage documentation, process data, provide administrative support, and control order tracking in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages documentation and processes data in internal systems 2. Provides administrative support and controls order processes 3. We are looking for your talent as: **Logistics Assistant** **Requirements:** * Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, International Business, Accounting, or related field * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) * ERP system experience (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Document Management: Filing, reviewing, and organizing invoices and files * Data Processing: Entering information into internal systems, updating inventory records, and maintaining databases * Administrative Support: Preparing purchase and sales orders, etc. * Process Control: End-to-end order tracking (purchase order receipt, sales order preparation, billing follow-up, logistics, and order delivery) **Competencies:** * Attention to Detail * Organized * Assertive Communication * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Weekly payments * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm * Financial support for employees’ children with academic excellence * School supplies assistance * Career growth opportunities **Work Location: Blvd. Palmas Hills 1, Villa de las Palmas, 10th Floor, C.P. 52763, Huixquilucan, EdoMéx
