Job Summary: We are seeking a Buyer to manage inventory, fulfill material requests, identify suppliers, and support the Quality Management System. Key Highlights: 1. Buyer Abastecedora Queretana de Agua y Alcantarillado S.A.P.I. de CV. and Operadora Querétaro Moderno S.A.P.I. de CV. Location: El Refugio, Querétaro. Position: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Maintain inventory by identifying consumption patterns. * Fulfill material requests from each department. * Place material orders with suppliers. * Maintain good business relationships and continuously search for new suppliers. * Register PDF and XML files in systems. * Analyze and measure supplier performance. * Support compliance with the Quality Management System and other related job duties. Requirements: * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field to procurement. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) in procurement processes, IT systems, ERP, CRMA. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Intelisis, SAP, SAT, etc. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. Salary and Benefits * Salary: $15,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 7%. * Opportunity for growth. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
