This is a key position with direct impact on company profitability, operational continuity, and cost optimization. Position Objective Design and direct a comprehensive procurement strategy, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services aligned with projects, budgets, and the operational plan. Main Responsibilities * Define and execute the procurement and sourcing strategy. * Negotiate strategic commercial agreements at national and international levels. * Develop and evaluate key suppliers. * Manage budgets and optimize costs. * Oversee inventory and demand planning. * Mitigate supply risks. * Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Administration departments. * Present executive reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and contractual requirements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in national and international strategic procurement. * Experience in contract negotiation and budget control. * Knowledge of technology equipment (hardware, software, displays, monitors). * Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar. * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. * Knowledge of import processes and tax regulations applicable to procurement.
