Organized, methodical, and proactive COMPETENCIES * Ability to learn computer systems. **Organized and methodical.** Teamwork skills. **Service orientation, commitment to work and the Institution.** Oral and written communication skills, both fluent and clear. **Strong interpersonal relationships.** Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to contribute positively. **Self-taught and proactive.** Responsibilities: * Receive and assist visitors, suppliers, and candidates, providing excellent customer service. * Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate extensions when necessary. * Deliver reports and forward received messages to their respective recipients. * Weekly supervision of consumables inventory and preparation of purchase lists as required. * Support the organization of meetings or events upon request. * Properly manage documentation related to the assigned area of work. * Supervise cleaning staff. * Monitor vehicle fleet (traffic fines, insurance, maintenance services, loan agreements, registration certificates, toll cards). * Supervise warehouse entry and exit. * Process employee payroll settlements. * Collections. * Manage IMSS registrations and cancellations.
