REQUIREMENTS: * Civil Engineer / Architect * Proficiency in Excel * Intermediate AutoCAD skills * Familiarity with quantity takeoff software * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle * Valid driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze drawings and related documentation for project cost estimation. * Review and evaluate cost estimates. * Prepare cost estimates and purchase orders. * Timely and accurate integration of estimates and quantity takeoffs. * Ensure proper integration of the item catalog into projects. * Analysis of unit prices (P.U.). * Preparation of technical files.
