Location: Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * University degree. Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Economics and Administration. * Intermediate-level knowledge of SAE invoicing system. * Experience in customs, import operations, customs brokerage, and intermediate-level electronic invoicing. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel. * Teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Reviewing invoices from foreign suppliers for customs clearance requests via Customs Broker. * Requesting and tracking import shipments. * Submitting supplier invoices and On Hand information for the import process. * Submitting material information for customs clearance. * Verifying inventory stock levels to fulfill orders when stock is unavailable. * Processing purchase orders with domestic or foreign suppliers, tracking delivery status, and receiving materials upon arrival. * Transferring materials between warehouses as required. * Entering and updating product, customer, supplier, and material information into the SAE system. * Maintaining records of pending and closed purchase orders. * Tracking and updating internal FLOKSU system. **Additional Benefits and Perks**  Permanent employment.  Full-time schedule.  On-site work mode.  Statutory benefits.  Grocery vouchers.  Quarterly bonus.
