(Degree holder) Willingness to travel Intermediate–advanced English **EXPERIENCE:** * Domestic and international procurement processes * Control of purchase requisitions and purchase orders * Supplier evaluation * Basic administrative and accounting processes * ERP or procurement system experience * SAP system knowledge * Invoice handling **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Reviewing procurement needs** for both domestically sourced and imported products, considering: * Inventory replenishment based on ROP (Reorder Point) * Confirmed branch sales This activity includes continuous stock verification and requirement analysis to ensure optimal inventory levels. * **Generating purchase orders in the system**, including: * Issuing orders for domestic and imported products * Sending orders to respective suppliers * Documenting and controlling each issued order * **Tracking purchase orders promptly**, from issuance through delivery to the Central Warehouse: * Supplier acknowledgment of receipt * Monitoring committed delivery dates * Managing incidents or delays in orders * Maintaining constant communication with suppliers to ensure compliance **OFFERED:** - Base salary of $23,000 to $25,000 gross per month - Food vouchers: 1425 - Statutory benefits - Savings fund - Continuous improvement opportunities - Paid leave Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Experience: * Technical support: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
