(Degree holder) Willingness to travel Intermediate–advanced English **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **EXPERIENCE:** * Domestic and international procurement processes * Requisition and purchase order control * Supplier evaluation * Basic administrative and accounting processes * ERP or procurement system experience * SAP system knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Review of purchasing needs** for commercialized items, both domestically sourced and imported, considering: * Inventory replenishment based on ROP (Reorder Point). * Confirmed branch sales. This activity includes continuous stock verification and requirement analysis to ensure optimal inventory levels. * **Generation of purchase orders in the system**, including: * Issuance of purchase orders for domestic and imported products. * Dispatch of purchase orders to respective suppliers. * Documentation and record-keeping for each issued order. * **Timely follow-up on purchase orders**, from issuance through delivery to the General Warehouse: * Supplier confirmation of receipt. * Monitoring of committed delivery dates. * Management of incidents or delays in orders. * Ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure compliance. **OFFERED:** - Base salary of $23,000 to $25,000 gross monthly - Meal vouchers: 1425 - Statutory benefits - Savings fund - Paid leave Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
