Job Objective** To ensure the timely supply of raw materials, supplies, materials, and services required for company operations, securing optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery times through efficient supplier management and documentation control. **4\. Key Responsibilities\nProcurement Management** * Receive and validate purchase requests from all departments. * Obtain quotations from a minimum of 2–3 suppliers per product or service. * Compare prices, quality, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and order volumes. * Generate purchase orders (POs) and submit them for authorization. * Track orders until final material receipt. **Supplier Management** * Identify, evaluate, and onboard new reliable suppliers. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database (tax ID, bank accounts, contracts). * Evaluate supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, cost, service). * Request invoices and tax-related documentation as applicable. **Inventory and Supply Management** * Coordinate with warehouse to monitor inventory levels and reorder points. * Initiate preventive purchases to avoid stockouts. * Ensure continuous supply of critical materials for production. **Documentation and Administration** * Maintain control over purchase orders, quotations, contracts, and supporting documents. * Verify that invoices match POs and actual deliveries. * Support accounting with supplier clarifications and reconciliations. * Maintain internal controls for expenses, savings, and price variances. **5\. Additional Activities** * Prepare weekly/monthly purchasing and expenditure reports. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Continuously seek cost savings and supply chain improvements. * Monitor incoming material quality jointly with production or warehouse.
