We operate under an agile, digital model—warehouse-free, **dropshipping-type**—providing electrical solutions for industrial, commercial, and new-opening projects across Mexico. **Job Objective** To efficiently and responsively manage the purchasing process, ensuring accurate order placement with suppliers, timely delivery tracking, and compliance with technical specifications—optimizing costs and strengthening the supplier network. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle purchase requests (80% reactive operations). * Place orders directly with suppliers (dropshipping model). * Request and compare quotations with up-to-date pricing. * Track delivery timelines and order status. * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. * Identify, evaluate, and onboard **new suppliers**. * Verify technical and regulatory compliance of products. * Coordinate direct deliveries to clients or job sites. * Manage purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation. * Provide support to sales and project teams. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years in procurement, preferably in construction, electrical, or industrial sectors. * Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and logistics tracking. * Familiarity with medium- and low-voltage electrical materials is desirable. * Proficiency in digital platforms and online quotation systems. **Competencies** * High responsiveness and organizational ability. * Negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Results-oriented mindset with strong adherence to deadlines. * Effective communication and teamwork.
