We especially value negotiation ability, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years in a similar position. **Technical Knowledge:** * Quotation preparation and supplier negotiation (advanced level) * Cost, quality, and delivery time comparisons (advanced level) * Procurement of spare parts (preferably for forklifts or mobile equipment) * Database management and procurement tracking **Tools:** * Microsoft Office (intermediate\-advanced) * SAE (intermediate) **Availability:** Willingness to travel once per year (expenses covered) and immediate availability for hiring. **Attitude:** Proactive, able to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations accurately and on time with various suppliers * Compare options considering cost, quality, and delivery timelines * Ensure timely supply of spare parts * Maintain control and records of all purchases made * Manage and update the supplier database * Evaluate supplier performance (costs, timelines, quality) * Negotiate commercial terms (discounts, credit terms, warranties) * Prepare procurement reports and analyses * Track purchase requisitions and deliveries **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 net monthly to start. * Statutory benefits from Day 1 of contract signing **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Cda.
