REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor’s degree * Strong negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES * Experience: At least 1 year of recent and stable experience in logistics and procurement * Procurement of hydraulic, sanitary, and hardware materials * Organization and attention to detail * Receiving and tracking material/service/supply requests * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Logistics management * Monitoring transportation logistics and material delivery to construction sites * Preparing and tracking purchase orders * Tracking orders until delivery at construction sites * Comparing prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines * Supplier development * Price negotiation * Managing logistics documentation (e.g., invoices) * Administrative management * Preparing reports * Maintaining constant communication with site supervisors and project managers * Verifying supplier invoice submissions * Verification control Work schedule availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, half-day This is your opportunity to grow professionally!
