Job Summary: Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal cost and quality, thereby contributing to profitability and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement procurement strategies. 2. Conduct strategic negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers. 3. Experience in strategic sourcing management and cost analysis. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Manage and optimize the company’s procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and terms, thereby contributing to profitability and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop and implement procurement strategies. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers. * Evaluate and select strategic suppliers. * Analyze costs and propose savings opportunities. * Manage purchase orders and monitor deliveries. * Control departmental budgets. * Evaluate supplier performance (KPIs). * Coordinate with internal departments: Finance, Logistics, Production, etc. * Identify risks within the supply chain. **Academic Requirements** ------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Preferred: Specialization or certification in Supply Chain or Procurement. **Experience** --------------- * 5+ years of procurement experience. * Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers. * Proficiency in strategic procurement and cost analysis. * Experience in contract management. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Supply chain management. * Financial analysis and cost structures. * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Advanced Excel. * Performance indicators (KPIs). * International trade (preferred). **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Strong negotiation skills. * Analytical thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Results orientation. * Effective communication.
