Opportunity for professional development and an excellent work environment A construction-sector company is looking for a Procurement Specialist with proven experience in managing and acquiring materials, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely supply under optimal cost, quality, and delivery conditions, complying with internal policies and contributing to project profitability. Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement processes for materials, supplies, and services. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms. Develop, evaluate, and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers. Manage budgets assigned to the procurement department. Review and validate purchase orders and supplier contracts. Track deliveries and compliance with agreed-upon conditions. Monitor the market to identify trends, costs, and new supply alternatives. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Process material requisitions from each department. Request quotations for products from various suppliers. Prepare purchase orders. Establish credit lines with new suppliers. Participate in the Integrated Management System (IMS) and related audits. Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department to process payments according to agreed terms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. (Intern or graduate) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, machinery, and related services. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and budget control skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with computer tools.
