Job Objective: To provide timely and efficient support in the procurement process, ensuring the supply of required materials through proper management, supplier sourcing, and follow-up, thereby contributing to on-time project delivery and internal resource control. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in construction materials * Knowledge of material delivery list review * Supplier identification, contact, and follow-up * NeoData software proficiency **Skills and Competencies:** * Negotiation and supplier relationship management * Process organization and control * Purchase order tracking * Effective communication * Accountability and results orientation **Key Responsibilities:** * Purchase order management and tracking * Supplier identification and evaluation * Material quotation and comparison * Review of material delivery lists * Coordination with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries * Internal requisition control and tracking If you are interested in developing your career in procurement, possess a results-driven attitude, and seek professional growth, this vacancy is for you!
