Support in basic negotiations with suppliers **RH PLANNING is seeking a Junior Buyer in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX (near Walmart Cuitláhuac) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration, or related field (graduated or intern). * Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or material tracking. * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Excel **(MANDATORY):** pivot tables**,** filters**,** data cross-referencing**.** **Responsibilities:** * Analyze purchasing, sales, and consumption data using Excel (pivot tables). * Track and manage purchase orders with suppliers. * Validate delivery dates, quantities, and agreed-upon prices. * Update material status and backorder reports. * Support basic supplier negotiations (delivery dates, shipments). * Record and track information in the ERP system. * Communicate internally with commercial and warehouse departments. **Benefits:** * $14,000 to $15,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Industrial Automation *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69caa6cc7900003c006eca0d\&source\=indeed*
