Participation in commercial management with public institutions **Gestalt RH is seeking a Purchasing Assistant in Sta Ma Tulpetlac \- Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE AND TALENT** ***Commercial Assistant \- Government*** With extensive experience in institutional sales processes, document management, and supporting the sales force within public agencies. *Requirements*: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Commerce, Law, or related field (degree holder or intern). Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions within the medical devices sector or government sales. Solid knowledge of the Public Sector Acquisitions, Leasing, and Services Law. Desirable knowledge of the Mexican Official Standard NOM\-241\-SSA1\-2021 on Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices. Experience in drafting formal documents and legal-language documentation. Ability to negotiate commercial agreements and strengthen institutional relationships. *DRIVER’S LICENSE TYPE A IS MANDATORY* *Main Responsibilities*: Support commercial management with public health institutions. Draft and review formal letters, official communications, and legal-language documents that are clear and properly substantiated. Participate in supplier registration and qualification processes before governmental agencies. Conduct visits to public institutes and hospitals for promotional activities, opportunity follow-up, and closing. Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, tenders, technical service) to fulfill commercial agreements.
