




Position Summary: XB GLOBAL seeks responsible and hardworking personnel for the purchasing department to manage suppliers, quotations, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end supplier and quotation management for furniture and interior design. 2. Collaboration in invoice verification and accounting coordination. 3. Database management, purchase orders, and cost reporting. **XB GLOBAL**, a company specializing in retail display furniture and interior design, is seeking personnel for its purchasing department. **Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.** **Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields.** **Candidate Profile:** Responsible, service-oriented, honest, upright, hardworking, and highly motivated. **Required Experience** * Supplier interaction * Material quotation * Data entry * Process tracking **Knowledge Requirements** * STPS regulations * Quality standards * Invoicing * Microsoft 365 * Contpaq i (or similar). **Job Duties:** * Entering data into internal databases * Requesting quotations and comparing prices, quality, and delivery times (wood, laminates, acrylics, tools, etc.) * Maintaining up-to-date supplier database * Generating purchase orders * Verifying invoices and coordinating with the accounting department for payment * Expense verification * Verifying information with suppliers (contracts, guidelines, agreements) * Maintenance scheduling (vehicles, machinery, tools) * Preparing purchasing reports and cost analysis * Assisting in document review Employment Type: Part-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Data entry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
