Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Accounting, Logistics, or related field (in progress or completed). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate Excel). Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and requisition workflows. ERP systems or procurement platform experience is desirable. **Responsibilities** \- Prepare and track purchase orders. \- Enter and update supplier and product information in the system. \- Manage procurement-related documentation (quotations, requisitions, invoices, etc.). \- Monitor delivery dates and coordinate with warehouse or internal users. \- Provide support during administrative audits and internal controls of the department. \- Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Warehouse, Accounting) to close administrative procurement processes.
