Tracking and validation of internal purchase requisitions SINTEG, a 100% Mexican company and leader in Information Technology (IT) and Communications (CCTV), invites you to join our team as: **ADMINISTRATIVE PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical High School Diploma in Administration; incomplete or completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field **Age and Gender:** No restrictions **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in administrative or procurement roles **Specific Knowledge:** Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (tables, basic formulas), advanced Office suite Procurement and basic logistics processes **Desirable Certifications:** Excel certification (intermediate/advanced) – Procurement and Supply certification (basic/intermediate) – Diplomas in strategic procurement or supplier management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Order entry Invoice registration in billing portals Supplier database control and updates Tracking of deliveries, timelines, and invoicing Validation of internal purchase requisitions Document filing and control (invoices, purchase orders, contracts) Support in basic price and condition negotiations **WE OFFER:** Immediate hiring!
