




Job Summary: We are seeking a National Purchasing Administrator to validate discrepancies, manage adjustments, create items, and support international trade activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages merchandise discrepancies and adjustments 2. Handles the creation of items and purchase orders 3. Supports activities related to international trade **Join our team!** **Position:** National Purchasing Administrator **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, or related field (completed or incomplete) * 6 months of experience in administrative activities (invoicing, inventory management, merchandise arrivals, purchasing, supplier payments) * Proficiency in Excel **Location:** * Avispa 2568, Mercado de Abastos, Guadalajara **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Fixed day off: SUNDAY **Main Responsibilities:** * Validate discrepancies upon merchandise receipt. * Determine and execute adjustments for proper warehouse entry. * Create items in the system. * Cancel applications in accounts payable. * Perform product packaging changes. * Delete import entries when necessary. * Deactivate and modify purchase orders. * Review cost allocations. * Generate merchandise import entries. * Send confirmation emails for implemented changes. * Prepare statistics on discrepancies in merchandise arrivals. * Support activities related to international trade **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,100 * Attendance bonus: $1,210 gross per month * Punctuality bonus: $1,210 gross per month * Monthly food vouchers: $1,150 * Additional benefit upon permanent employment * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
