Coordination with purchasing and file organization **Position: Administrative Assistant** Location: Plaza las Huertas Santa Catarina Company: Salud a tu oficina Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 2 PM Employment Type: Full-time Job Objective Provide administrative support in the warehouse area, ensuring proper receipt, counting, validation, and system entry of merchandise while maintaining precise inventory control. Main Responsibilities * Receiving and verifying merchandise against purchase orders and invoices. * Physical counting of products and validation of quantities. * Visual inspection of the condition of received merchandise. * Entering and recording information into the administrative system. * Preparing and filing documentation (delivery notes, invoices, reports). * Coordinating with purchasing to resolve discrepancies. * Conducting periodic physical inventories. * Organizing and managing departmental files. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (warehouse, receiving, or inventory). * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Attention to detail and numerical skills. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
