This position is ideal for someone seeking stability, continuous learning, and the opportunity to directly engage in the daily operations of a company with a positive environmental impact—where their work translates into service efficiency and customer satisfaction. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Provide customer support via email and telephone, resolving administrative inquiries and following up on requests. * Generate and send electronic invoices through internal systems and customer portals. * Register orders and purchase orders, and validate commercial terms prior to processing. * Track orders and invoices until proper delivery and closure. * Support collections processes and monitor outstanding invoices. * Prepare administrative and billing reports in Excel. * Maintain organized physical and digital files for orders, invoices, and administrative documents. * Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Administration departments to ensure accurate information flow. **What qualifications are important for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience with invoicing portals. * Knowledge of MICROSIP. * Familiarity with collections and payment tracking. * Ability to prepare administrative reports. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience handling purchase orders. **What do we offer?** * Salary of $12,000 MXN (tax-free). * Full statutory benefits. * 10% savings fund contribution. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:36 PM. **Who are we?** We are a Mexican company specializing in biological products for bioremediation and water treatment.
