




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support, document control, process tracking, and activity coordination, as well as support operational procurement management. Support in procurement and project management **Objective:** Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring proper document control, process tracking, and activity coordination, as well as supporting operational procurement management. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and administration of departmental documentation. * Tracking of internal administrative processes. * Management and control of information related to suppliers, purchase orders, and invoicing. * Support for minor procurement activities, including quotation requests and order follow-up. * Budget and assigned project control and tracking. * Preparation and updating of administrative reports. * Coordination and follow-up with suppliers and internal departments. * General support for administrative department activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative positions. * Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) * Document control * Procurement support and supplier interaction * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Administrative systems or ERP (e.g., CONTPAQi, COI, ZOHO, or similar) **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Tracking and control * Effective communication * Planning and time management * Teamwork * Service orientation **Offer** * Competitive salary based on market standards. * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Work Schedule** On-site, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location** Londres, Col.
