We value your effort and dedication and ensure you feel recognized and rewarded. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage procurement processes (goods, services, and inventory) from requisition through purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls. * Evaluate requirements, analyze the market, select suppliers, and coordinate sourcing activities (RFQs, bid analysis, commercial recommendations). * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and ensure supply continuity aligned with operational needs. * Administer purchase orders, contracts, and framework agreements, tracking deliveries, compliance, and supplier performance. * Analyze recurring expenditures and promote standardized solutions (catalogs, price lists, e\-catalogs). * Maintain supplier information and coordinate with internal departments (end users, finance, accounts payable) to resolve issues. * Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines. * Monitor KPIs, savings, and market trends, acting in accordance with ethical, legal, and safety standards. **We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, and purchasing. * Experience in acquiring goods, services, and inventory, including RFQ processes, bid analysis, negotiation, and contract management. * Knowledge of procurement practices, basic financial principles and cost control, purchase orders, and invoicing. * Proficiency with tools such as advanced Excel and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar). * Analytical skills, effective communication, negotiation ability, and capacity to work under pressure and multitask. * Advanced English (spoken and written) and high ethical standards; experience in logistics, MRO, or industrial environments is a plus.
