Our mission is clear: to help our students improve their employment prospects with immediately applicable training from day one. **Job Objective:** To convert interested prospects into enrolled students through prompt response, strategic follow-up, and **sales closure** via digital channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to leads generated from social media * Qualify prospects based on their level, interest, and goals * Provide clear and persuasive information about our programs * Send informative materials with strategic explanations * Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects (via messages and calls) * Handle objections and questions from prospects * Close sales (enrollment with initial payment) * Achieve weekly enrollment targets **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Sales experience * Strong verbal communication skills * Results-oriented mindset **(sales-focused, not merely customer service)** * Ability to persuade and build trust * Organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, social media) **We Offer:** * Base salary of $8,000 + commission per enrollment * Bonuses for achieving targets * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * On-site work modality * 100% scholarship for any diploma program chosen by the employee * Opportunity for growth within the institution **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM **Location:** * We are located in Col.
