




We are urgently seeking Training Analyst Responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs for personnel, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and current Mexican legal regulations, with particular emphasis on proper management and reporting to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) via the SIRCE system. * Manage and keep training information updated with STPS through the Enterprise and Training Providers Registration System (SIRCE). * Prepare and submit training reports (DC-2, DC-3, DC-4) and the List of Competency or Skills Certificates (DC-3) accurately and on time. * Ensure compliance with the mandatory worker training requirement stipulated in the Federal Labor Law. * Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in collaboration with operational departments. * Design, develop, and update instructional materials, courses, and workshops (in-person and/or online). * Coordinate full logistics for training events (scheduling, materials, instructors, venues). * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs and propose improvements. * Maintain control and archival of training files and evidence. * Onboarding. **Essential Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in Training and Development or Human Resources. * Technical Knowledge: Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in using the SIRCE system for managing and submitting procedures to STPS. * Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical ability, organizational skills, and group facilitation skills. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
