Primary objective is to align learning with organizational goals through needs assessment (DNC), logistical coordination, and impact evaluation of development initiatives. Requirements: Gender: Unrestricted Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience **Knowledge:** Training methodologies, instructional design, performance evaluation, and training regulations; implementation of NOM 035\. **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Power BI **Skills:** Assertive communication, organization, results orientation, proactivity, and public speaking ability.
