Position Summary: A leading private security company is seeking a Tender Analyst with solid expertise in public and private tenders to manage and support tender processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages public and private tenders from start to finish. 2. Operates the COMPRAS MX system and prepares proposals. A private security company is seeking a **TENDER ANALYST** Work location: Paseos del Pedregal (behind the CU Stadium) Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Salary: $13,000 to $15,000 monthly (net) Responsibilities: * Operates the COMPRAS MX system * Solid knowledge of public and private tenders (searching for, and preparing state and government tender notices) * Contract management; preparation and review of proposals * Supplier registration * Supports preparation of technical, legal, administrative, and financial documentation * Attends government agencies or institutions for submission and/or receipt of documentation * Tracks supplier requirements for technical files and quotations (letters, forms, certificates) * Prepares files for digital or physical folders and ensures they are ready for upload to official portals * Manages bid bonds * Reviews minutes XXXXXXX from beginning to end * Provides administrative support to directors and management Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
