Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to join a multidisciplinary team that will rapidly develop technological products, integrate software, and optimize digital solutions for internal and external clients. Key Highlights: 1. Development of high-tech and high-quality digital products. 2. Agile and adaptive approach to software development and integration. 3. Role Objective: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop technological products in an agile and iterative manner, integrate software, and optimize digital solutions. Present development progress and provide technical advisory services to internal and external clients. About the Role: We seek individuals with critical, analytical, and logical-mathematical thinking to realize high-impact digital transformations and build the products that represent the future of our clients across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: * Product Development: Create digital solutions enabling cutting-edge technology for clients across various industries, ensuring both speed and quality in deliverables while adhering to proposed design and responsiveness requirements. * Agile Execution: Utilize, learn, and adapt to a broad range of web development and software integration tools to build digital products using an 80/20 approach. * Data Engineering: Design data structures, normalize databases, implement and comply with cybersecurity storage protocols, integrate data from multiple sources, and enable it for quantitative analysis and algorithm development. * Digital Product Evaluation: Translate potential digital solutions into logical flow diagrams, analyze the technological feasibility of prototypes—considering client and user needs—and prioritize a lean approach. * Digital Product Management: Be diligent and take ownership of outcomes. Implement best practices to develop, document, test, debug, store, protect versions, iteratively optimize, maintain, and ensure cybersecurity of technological developments. Skills We Seek: * Demonstrable experience in web development—either through professional or personal projects. A personal portfolio is preferred. * Logical, analytical, and structured thinking. Understanding of and interest in learning about software systems and technological infrastructure development. * Database modeling, schema creation, ability to organize and structure relationships among system data. Creation of Entity-Relationship diagrams. * Proactivity and entrepreneurial attitude; overcoming obstacles in a fast-paced learning environment; agile and iterative execution. * Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. * Ability to prepare and present progress updates and deliverables to internal and external clients; teamwork collaboration. * Self-directed, iterative, and agile learning to master web development tools and programming languages such as Python, HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, Postman, AWS, and API consumption.
