Join the great MX Family as a: **Technical Support Analyst** **Job Objective:** Provide timely and efficient technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, systems, technological platforms, and operational tools of the company. **What Are We Looking For in You?** Strong communication skills and user-focused service orientation. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Some of Your Responsibilities Will Include:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (hardware and software). Providing technical support for the Microsoft Office suite (installation, configuration, and incident resolution). Administering and supporting hotel management platforms (PMS). Addressing and resolving telephony system-related incidents. Providing basic support for CCTV systems (monitoring, review, and fault resolution). Diagnosing and following up on users’ technical reports. Documenting incidents and applied solutions. Assisting with the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems. **Requirements:** Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
