




At CIVIR, a company dedicated to Information Technologies, we are looking for a technical support analyst to work with one of our main clients. **Requirements:** \-Knowledge of hardware and software. \-Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications. \-Networking knowledge (cabling, TCP/IP protocols, and network configuration) \-Understanding of cloud services and virtualization \-End-user training. \-Optimization and monitoring. \-Preparation of reports and backups. \-Reside in San Juan del Río, Querétaro **Responsibilities:** \-Create operational formats and reports. \-Monitor systems. \-Ensure integrity, security, and protection of systems. \-Perform backups, recoveries, and production releases. \-Support production version releases. \-Evaluate and prioritize operational requirements. \-Execute changes in the production environment. \-Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems (including Lynx). \-Train end users on the use of technological equipment and software. \-Install and maintain software packages and applications necessary for operations. \-Support the management, installation, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux). \-Configure and provide support for networks (cabling, TCP/IP protocols, connectivity). \-Provide support for cloud services and virtualized environments. \-Other instructions from the Cooperative. **We offer:** Monthly salary Statutory benefits Major medical expense insurance with individual coverage Life insurance $300 monthly vouchers 12 vacation days and 8 economic days with pay Continuous training Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
