Access to continuous training and learning resources. **Opportunity for Technical Support Analyst at Promologistics** **Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage and resolve technical incidents. * Coordinate with internal teams for issue tracking. * Analyze technical data to improve processes and services. * Provide end-user support and collaborate in solution implementation. * Installation, configuration, administration, and support of operating systems (Windows / iOS). * Handling of Office suite, antivirus software, etc. * Computer maintenance and repair.
